PACT Search - v2.5

Improvement

Updated PACT Payment search for EoL register. Changed the criteria to use 'Date of Death' as opposed to registration status of 'Deceased'. This change proven to be more accurate for reporting on number of deceased patients from EoL register.

New protocol to assist when coding patients with Electronic Cigarettes.
For the purposes of QOF users of electronic cigarettes who have never smoked or given up smoking should be classified as non-smokers or ex-smokers respectively.
Protocol enables you to code patient with appropriate QoF code.
